Our practice guidelines and policies for a smooth therapeutic journey.

1. General Agreement

By engaging the services of Silondiwe Nsele Counselling Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the therapeutic relationship and practice policies.

2. Appointments and Bookings

All sessions must be booked in advance. Appointments are scheduled for a standard duration of 50 to 60 minutes. Please ensure you log in to online sessions or arrive promptly to maximize your session time.

3. Cancellation Policy

We respect both your time and the practitioner's time. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will be subject to the full session fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due strictly upon rendering of services unless an alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Invoices and statements will be provided for your records and potential medical aid claims, though clients remain responsible for settling accounts directly.

5. Scope of Practice

Silondiwe Nsele provides specialist wellness counselling within the verified scope of practice as registered with the ASCHP. In cases where issues fall outside this scope, immediate referral to appropriate medical professionals, psychiatrists, or clinical psychologists will be facilitated.

6. Emergencies

Our counselling service is not an emergency crisis center. In the event of a psychological or medical emergency, please contact your nearest hospital, the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG), or the national emergency number directly.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
